What we collect
When you submit an RFQ, upload a specification, request documents or samples, or apply as a supplier, we collect the business contact information and files you provide: name, company, country, email, phone, role, requirements, and uploaded documents. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the platform: routing RFQs to relevant listed suppliers, responding to requests, reviewing supplier onboarding, maintaining status labels, and improving the service. We may contact you about your requests and, where you consent, about relevant platform updates.
Sharing
RFQ details are shared with listed suppliers considered relevant to your request. We do not sell personal data. Service providers that host or process data for us are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Retention and rights
We retain business records as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through the platform contact channels.
