Last updated: 16 July 2026. Draft for legal review.
These terms apply when you submit an RFQ, upload a specification, or request documents or samples through SpecNexa.
- Nature of an RFQ. An RFQ is a request to explore sourcing options. It is not an order, and neither SpecNexa nor any supplier is obliged to respond or to contract.
- Routing. SpecNexa may share your RFQ details with listed suppliers it reasonably considers relevant, and may contact you about your request. Human review may be applied before any introduction is made.
- Your information. You confirm the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of your company. Uploaded specifications are stored securely and are not published publicly.
- Quotations and contracts. Any quotation, sample, specification confirmation, or contract is agreed directly between you and the supplier. SpecNexa is not a party to those agreements.
- Due diligence. You remain responsible for commercial, technical, regulatory, and quality due diligence, including confirming regulatory suitability for your country and application.
