These terms apply to suppliers that submit onboarding information or maintain listings on SpecNexa.
- Accuracy. You warrant that all submitted information — company details, role declarations, specifications, certificates, and documents — is accurate, current, and not misleading, and that you are authorised to provide it.
- Status labels. Listings carry factual status labels as defined at Supplier Statuses Explained. SpecNexa assigns and may amend labels based on the information actually reviewed. Labels are not certifications.
- Review and publication. Every submission is reviewed by a person before publication. SpecNexa may decline, edit for format and tone, suspend, or remove any listing, including where documents expire or complaints arise.
- Documents. Certificates and reports you provide may be summarised on the listing (for example “Certificate Copy on File”). Expired certificates will result in the corresponding label being removed.
- Licence. You grant SpecNexa a non-exclusive licence to display your submitted content on the platform and in platform marketing that presents listings factually.
- No agency. SpecNexa does not act as your agent and does not guarantee enquiries, RFQs, or sales.
