Supplier Listing Agreement

Last updated: 16 July 2026. Draft for legal review.

These terms apply to suppliers that submit onboarding information or maintain listings on SpecNexa.

  1. Accuracy. You warrant that all submitted information — company details, role declarations, specifications, certificates, and documents — is accurate, current, and not misleading, and that you are authorised to provide it.
  2. Status labels. Listings carry factual status labels as defined at Supplier Statuses Explained. SpecNexa assigns and may amend labels based on the information actually reviewed. Labels are not certifications.
  3. Review and publication. Every submission is reviewed by a person before publication. SpecNexa may decline, edit for format and tone, suspend, or remove any listing, including where documents expire or complaints arise.
  4. Documents. Certificates and reports you provide may be summarised on the listing (for example “Certificate Copy on File”). Expired certificates will result in the corresponding label being removed.
  5. Licence. You grant SpecNexa a non-exclusive licence to display your submitted content on the platform and in platform marketing that presents listings factually.
  6. No agency. SpecNexa does not act as your agent and does not guarantee enquiries, RFQs, or sales.
