SpecNexa is a curated discovery and sourcing network. We do the groundwork that helps serious buyers open sourcing conversations with confidence — and we are clear about where your own due diligence takes over.
What we do before a listing goes live #
- Review the information a listing provider submits for internal consistency and completeness.
- Keep supplier-submitted documents — specifications, certificates, and reports — on file so they can be shared with you on request.
- Present every ingredient with neutral, standardised information so you can compare options like for like.
What we are careful not to claim #
To keep the platform honest, we state our limits plainly. SpecNexa does not conduct facility audits, independently authenticate every document, test products or batches, certify suppliers, or determine regulatory suitability for any market or finished product. Unless expressly stated otherwise, information shown is supplier-declared. Where we do record what has been checked for a listing, each status is factual and describes exactly what was done — never more; the full definitions are published at Supplier Statuses Explained.
How sourcing works here #
Rather than sending you straight to a factory, SpecNexa routes your requirement through a single RFQ. You share your target specification, quantity, destination market, and documentation needs; we help match it to sourcing partners and bring back comparable responses. Your enquiry stays private and your options stay open.
Where your due diligence takes over #
- Confirm permitted use and the documentation your destination market requires.
- Request and review the specification, certificate of analysis, and SDS for your intended use.
- Run your own commercial, technical, quality, and regulatory checks before you purchase.
Use SpecNexa to discover ingredients and open the conversation with confidence; use your own review — and the contracting supplier’s documentation — to finalise. Submit an RFQ when you are ready.
