How to submit an RFQ

< 1 min read

An RFQ (request for quotation) is the fastest way to explore sourcing options for an ingredient on SpecNexa.

Steps #

  1. Open any ingredient listing and select Submit an RFQ, or go to the RFQ page directly.
  2. Provide the ingredient name, your target specification (for example assay, particle size, or grade), estimated quantity, and destination market.
  3. Add any documentation or regulatory requirements relevant to your finished product.
  4. Submit. Your enquiry is routed to the SpecNexa sourcing desk, which explores suitable options from the partner network.

No account is required to explore listings or submit an RFQ. Specification information shown on listings is supplier-submitted and may change; the final agreed specification is confirmed with the contracting supplier.
